With a background in Sport Science, I've been in the business of WELLNESS all my life. One of the key things I've learnt over the years is how challenged we are, as human beings, in sticking to healthy lifestyle habits.
Its not that we don't have the desire to live a rich, 'well' life, but rather we are easily distracted, and swayed, to give up the new healthy practise BEFORE it has actually become a habit.
There is a HUGE load of do good, healthy advice out there, however it can sometimes be confusing, doesn't really resonate and all too difficult to actually implement in our daily lives.
